They were very kind - the doctor was wonderful . . . appropriately humorous and serious. I wish I remembered his name . We were at Oakview Emergency during the afternoon of March 17th.

Yeah, I ended up in the ER room at Ortho Nebraska. I've been there before. I had fallen and had injured my shoulder and my hip and got scraped up on my left side. And we had Dr. Thomas Francis Cheatle. He was fantastic. I was lucky it was like 8.30 in the morning and it wasn't busy in the ER. He just really had a wonderful disposition. He kept things light and positive. I just really appreciated him. I felt comfortable and I trusted him. As well, he had a fabulous nurse. Let's see, I think she's like 40 and blonde. She was just lovely. Kind of a younger gal.

The nurse Melissa and the CNA Alicia were very helpful and informed us of what they were doing, the effects of medicine. They were attentive to all of our needs and they were the best RN and CNA we have experienced at any facility.
